Everett Clayton, 56, of Charleston, W. Va., was driving the truck. Though it belonged to Patrick Doran, 24, of Gaithersburg, Maryland. U.S. Marshals arrested Doran in Virginia months after Clayton was also charged.
The owner of the dump truck involved in the crash that killed a Pa. woman and her unborn child has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in Virginia on Friday, according to officials.
Doran will be extradited to Pa. to face homicide by vehicle charges in the deaths of Kellie Adams, 31, of Lansdale, and her unborn baby Emersyn Adams, according toAccording to investigators, Clayton was speeding while driving the 2003 Ford F650 XLT Super Duty dump truck. He was reportedly tailgating other cars while operating the dump truck in a “reckless manner.”
