NEW: 4,000+ ads for Ozempic-style drugs found running on Instagram and Facebook, capitalizing on a surge of interest in the medications.

She even curated her social media feeds to cut out negative posts. Hadrian Flyte, a 34-year-old in northwest Arkansas, said his Facebook feed is choked with Ozempic ads — especially after he’s been at the gym or posted on Facebook about working out.
