Louis Howard Johnson, 58, repeatedly abused the three children sexually while he worked as a manager at the Tigarden Apartmentsfrom 1997 to the late 2000s, the Washington County District Attorney’s Office said. Johnson and his wife had babysat several children during that time, including the three victims in the case, according to prosecutors.
