A neutered community cat lives atop a mountain in Kotor, Montenegro, where community members have sterilized thousands–making a lifesaving difference even with no animal shelter to turn to.The San Diego Humane Society is facing a lawsuit that challenges its community cat program, which provides spay and neuter services to thousands of cats each year.
