Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to car accident leaving one person dead on the scene.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to car crash leaving one person dead on the scene near Nimitz Court North.According to JFRD, the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. and it involved two cars.
Florida Highway Patrol reports a sedan was traveling southbound on State Road 115 and another sedan was travelling northbound on the same road.The first sedan crossed onto the northbound lane and collided with the second sedan. FHP says the driver of the second sedan was a 19-year-old male and was found dead on the scene. The passenger of the second sedan who was an 18-year-old female had minor injuries.
