I’ve been writing about video games, television and movies for Forbes for over 10 years, and you may have seen my reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. I cover all manner of console and PC games, but if it’s about looting or shooting, I’m definitely there. If I’m watching something, it’s usually science fiction, horror or superheroic.
There were many announcements at Netflix Geeked Week this past week, so many that I’m still catching up, but there is one that stands out above most. That would be the news that Netflix is reteaming with CDPR for another journey into the world of Cyberpunk 2077 .
CDPR has indicated that they wanted to do another Cyberpunk series with Netflix, but always said it would not be another season of Edgerunners and if you’ve seen Edgerunners, well, spoilers, everyone ends up dead, more or less. “What’s also important is that TRIGGER, our partner, has certain rules for announcing projects and we have to be compliant with this.”
