The Chambersburg Area Municipal Authority in partnership with Chambersburg, are hoping to transform the 33-acre Southgate Shopping Center into a mixed-use commercial, residential and recreational development. The shopping center is located on Cedar Street, West Washington Street, South Water Street and Liberty Street.
