The Ohio Supreme Court has upheld most of a Republican-authored ballot summary of the state’s proposed redistricting amendment, which includes the not-so-flattering title “To create an appointed redistricting commission not elected by or subject to removal by the voters of the state” and asserts that the reform measure would require gerrymandering instead of doing away with it.
