The Buckeyes were a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. They fell to No. 7 seed Duke in the second round. Sheldon, a Dublin native, played five seasons with Ohio State. Statistically, her best year came in 2021-22 when she averaged nearly 20 points and four assists a game. Sheldon started in 118 of 130 possible games, dating back to the 2019-20 season. She is the 18th player in the program's history to be selected in the WNBA Draft.
