'They're actually resorting to violence and terroristic threats and they should be arrested for that,' John Torres said. 'They should be arrested.'

John Torres, who served as the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, called recent attacks on the agency he formerly supervised"disgusting" and"potentially terroristic threats."on Thursday, Torres lamented the fact that ICE and ICE agents were getting so much negative attention from Democratic lawmakers and the public.
