The blaze was placed under control within the hour and there were no reported injuries, a stark difference from the tragedy that unfolded earlier this week. Four people were killed and two others were left clinging to life after the blaze tore through their units.Four elderly people — ranging in age from 62 to 85 — were killed in the fire and two others, aged 80 and 65, were left clinging to life.
The shop was cited for the number of devices and batteries it kept at the location, as well as the electrical wiring that it takes to charge these devices.
