The incident occurred earlier in the week and local resident Paul Blair watched it all unfold. Speaking with, Blair says he first noticed the unidentified man lying on the Honda while he was working from his inner-city home.and then started kicking it, before swiftly jumping back onto the hood and windshield to get some more rest.“At first, I was pretty concerned about what might happen, like if the driver was going to pull off, the guy might get hurt.
Soon after, Blair decided to start filming the incident. Seemingly fed up with the man preventing them from leaving, the driver of the Honda slowly pulls away from the parking space and makes a right-hand turn. The man lying on the windshield doesn’t even flinch as the Honda drives down the road.disappeared around the corner but Blair says he never saw the man get off the car.
