State Route 85 in Buckeye reopened after closing earlier Thursday morning due to a crash in the northbound lanes at milepost 152 near Southern Avenue, the Arizona Department of Transportation announced.
A minor injury collision involving a commercial vehicle occurred shortly after 6 a.m. on Thursday, Arizona Department of Public Safety officials said. All traffic was temporarily diverted onto Southern Avenue before the lanes reopened, according to the DPS. Shortly before 9 a.m., the S.R. 85 northbound lanes reopened, the Arizona Department of Transportation announced.
