Amid National Popcorn Popping Month this October, Bramlett said she’s hoping to establish Herby Pop’s first bricks-and-mortar location on the city’s South Side, hopefully in the Beverly neighborhood. In the meantime, she’s focused on doing a truffle-and-smoke popcorn, and experimenting with Ethiopian and Haitian flavors. She wants to see Herby Pop in boutique retailers in conjunction with its existing online presence.
