Attorneys for the former student accused of killing 17 students and staff members in the 2018, said he planned to change his plea, likely indicating he would plead guilty to murder charges.
At a hearing Friday, lawyer David Wheeler said, “It’s our intent to enter a change of plea as to both cases to all charges.”
