Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley indicated she would support Donald Trump as their party's nominee for the 2024 race even if he was convicted of a felony.

When pressed on the matter the next morning, the former South Carolina governor wouldn't say outright that she would vote for a convicted felon but said she would rather stand by Trump than the Democratic incumbent, President Joe Biden. "We're going to let these court case play out. Everyone's innocent until proven guilty," she continued. "We'll see what happens. If he's guilty, he'll have to deal with it.
Haley, who previously served as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, insisted that "there is no way" Biden would "finish his term," citing his age and a recent "decline" in his health.
