WWE star Nikki Bella surprised fans by making a return to the ring during the 2025 women's Royal Rumble match. Bella, who retired from full-time wrestling in 2019, entered the match as the 30th and final entrant, wearing her iconic backwards red hat. She teamed up with other wrestlers to try and eliminate Nia Jax but was ultimately eliminated herself. Charlotte Flair won the Royal Rumble and secured a spot at Wrestlemania.
Bella, 41, was the 30th and final entrant in the over the top rope battle royal at Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, February 1.
Nia ultimately eliminated Nikki, before Charlotte Flair took the crown as the 2025 Royal Rumble champion and secured herself a ticket to this year's Wrestlemania in Las Vegas, Nevada However, Nikki recently told Us Weekly that she was itching to get back inside the squared circle after making an appearance at WWE Raw’s debut on Netflix on January 6.
When Nikki was ringside for the Netflix debut earlier this month, she explained how it gave her an appreciation for the glass ceilings she and Brie were able to break.
