The 49ers squeaked past the Buccaneers, while the Cardinals smashed up the Jets.
The Seattle Seahawks aren’t playing this week, but their playoff chances just took another hit while idle. Both the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals won their respective games over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Jets. While Arizona crushed Aaron Rodgers and company by a score of 31-6, giving them three straight home wins without allowing a touchdown, the 49ers were perilously close to another blown lead.
Pending the Los Angeles Rams’ game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday, here are the latest standings in the NFC West: 1. Detroit Lions 2. Philadelphia Eagles 3. Atlanta Falcons 4. Arizona Cardinals 5. Minnesota Vikings 6. Washington Commanders 7. Green Bay Packers 8. San Francisco 49ers 9. Los Angeles Rams 10. Chicago Bears 11. Seattle Seahawks 12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 13. Dallas Cowboys 14. New Orleans Saints 15. Carolina Panthers 16.
