Bourdukofsky was expected in court this week, but at least twice hasn’t been able to attend the hearing. His attorney reported to the court that Bourdukofsky was still in the hospital.of the shootings, which the police chief designee has declined to do until the investigations are finished.
In a news conference Wednesday afternoon to release the name of the third person shot and killed by police in a separate shooting on Monday night, APD Chief Designee Bianca Cross said in each of these situations when police were called, the people shot had guns. “I understand that people want to see the video, however, we’re following a protocol, the policy, by completing our investigation first before we determine whether or not we release that,” Cross said.
