Doce Mesas marks the first restaurant opening at Maple Terrace in Uptown Dallas. It is the third location of the Tex-Mex concept from Mico Rodriguez.
Outdoor dining, which features into the designs of the city's other two Doce Mesas restaurants along Knox Street and at The Hill, is a key component at the new Maple Terrace outpost.This newest and third location of the Tex-Mex concept from Mico Rodriguez, situated in a freestanding building with outdoor seating, will open Sept. 12, 2024.Doce Mesas offers Tex-Mex classics like frozen margaritas, tacos stuffed with carnitas or carne asada and chicken and mole enchiladas.
Houston-based commercial real estate firm Hines is behind the re-envisioning of Maple Terrace. In addition to dining options, the project spans a Houston billionaire and Landry’s Group CEO Tilman Fertitta and New York restaurateurs Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm are behind the entrance of the seafood restaurant into the North Texas market.Catch has its roots in New York, but has spread to other food-centric cities such as Las Vegas.Doce Mesas is located at 3007 Maple Avenue, Dallas.
