It’s Never Too Late to Switch CareersIt’s Never Too Late to Switch CareersMillions of people have left their jobs this past year. According to Bonnie Dowling, a co-author of McKinsey’s recent Great Attrition report, this isn’t just a passing trend, or a pandemic-related change to the labor market. There’s been a fundamental shift in workers’ mentality, and their willingness to prioritize other things in their life beyond whatever job they hold.
