A witness at his trial said Dillon Scott Dees , 34, offered him $27,000 in Bitcoin to hire a hit man to kill Kevin Brammert , 62, his former father-in-law, in 2023. But after deliberating a day and a half, the jury rejected the claim shortly before 2 p.m.
