Apple has finally decided to give in to demands from countless MacOS fans and offer a 15-inch MacBook Air. But it’s not quite the laptop they were hoping for.

Look around any laptop store, and you’ll find that most laptops are generally built around these sizes. There may be a little bit of give and take due to smaller design choices such as pixel density, aspect ratios, and bezels, but you have ’small,’ and you have ‘large.' The Windows laptop market shows there is a demand for more than a decade for larger consumer laptops. Apple has finally decided to stop being stubborn and finally release a “large” MacBook Air. Why has it taken this long?
