From sizable investments in studio facilities to high-end office spaces in some of the world’s priciest neighborhoods, Netflix is quickly building a robust physical presence around the globe.
After quietly closing its fledgling Parisian office in 2015, Netflix is set to reboot its presence by the year’s end. The company has leased a 27,000-square-foot space in the recently renovated Square Edouard VII . Set among classic Haussmann buildings on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the grand Opera Garnier and the Intercontinental Hotel, rents go for upward of $900 a square foot .
