NFL fans will get to relive Jerry Jones’ glory days in a 10-episode docuseries after Netflix reportedly won the bidding war for streaming rights with a $50 million offer.

The owner, president and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys has had a movie-script career since purchasing the team in 1989, and the story will now actually hit the screens. The docuseries will focus on Jones’ Cowboy teams from the 1990s when the franchise won Super Bowls in 1993, 1994 and 1996 –– coming into true form of “America’s Team.”

With the early success, Jones, 80, made NFL history as the first owner to lead his squad to three Super Bowl championships in his first seven years of ownership.Beyond the football accolades, Jones became an icon in and outside the NFL and helped shape the league’s present day culture. The release timeline for the series has not been shared yet, but the highly anticipated project has already been compared to “The Last Dance.” Jerry Jones speaks with boxer Errol Spence Jr. during an NFL football practice.Dallas has made it to the postseason 11 times since winning its last Super Bowl in 1996, but has not made deep runs in recent years. Nonetheless, Jones has three NFC championships, 12 NFC divisions championships and three Super Bowls under his belt.
