Navy veteran found dead in San Antonio will be laid to rest in hometown

Beryl is expected to make landfall early Sunday afternoon south of South Padre Island, TX.

Jarvis McIntyre's body was mysteriously found in a wooded area on the northeast side off Holbrook Road.

McIntyre’s family flew his body back home to Missouri. The family then requested a second autopsy, and a toxicology report.While detectives do not suspect foul play in his death, his family told KENS 5 they believe someone may have hurt him based off his skin color or his sexual orientation.
