A NATO official reportedly said a recent survey of alliance stockpiles shows supplies have been depleted by the war in Ukraine.
The news agency cited aofficial who spoke on condition of anonymity and said the alliance found in a survey that those stockpile numbers have since dwindled even further as NATO continues to arm Ukraine at a rate that doesn't match weapons production.

The smaller image shows a Ukrainian artillery unit firing a M777 cannon in a field on January 9 in Kherson, Ukraine. Reuters reported on Monday that a NATO survey found some members' weapons stockpiles did not meet alliance targets.NATO allies are each asked to maintain a degree of defense capability should they be needed to participate in any.
Now, though, NATO will reportedly request that members make up for the reduced supplies by increasing weapons production.
