Joe Gibbs Racing has made a significant move by announcing the return of Brandon Jones to their NASCAR Xfinity Series team on a multi-year contract starting from the 2025 season. The 27-year-old driver, who previously raced for JGR from 2018 to 2022, is set to rejoin the team after a stint with JR Motorsports.Joe Gibbs, the team owner, commented on the new signing in a press release from the team:'We're thrilled to have Brandon return to Joe Gibbs Racing next season.
Steve de Souza, Executive Vice President of Xfinity Series and Development for JGR, explained:'It is great to have Brandon back in our Xinfity Series program.'He showed great progress across each season he was with us previously showing the ability to run up front and lead laps consistently each week.'We look forward to getting him back to that level of consistency and winning races for us next year.
