According to AP News, Spire Motorsports president Doug Duchardt is moving to TWG Group to become their Chief Performance Officer of Motorsports.Duchardt's background makes him a strong addition to TWG, having served in prominent roles at General Motors. TWG, a multifaceted organization involved in various motorsport disciplines, has partnered with GM to launch the Cadillac Formula One team.
This also comes after the team announced last week that former RFK Racing crew chief Matt McCall has been named Director of Vehicle Performance and Dax Gerringer has been appointed Technical Director. Co-owner Jeff Dickerson commented on the new additions, as previously reported by Newsweek Sports:'This is a great addition for our team and one that means a lot to me, personally.
