Daniel S. Dietrich, 45, of Palmyra is charged with criminal homicide and related crimes, including driving with a suspended license, in the death of Jason Smith, 47, of Levittown, Pennsylvania on Feb. 5. Dietrich ran over Smith with his pickup truck in a Bristol Township parking lot after the two had words further south in Bristol, on Route 13 near Interstate 95, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said at a news conference Monday.
