The judge set up more briefing, and after NATO lodged its opening brief in support of a preliminary injunction, that's when New Jersey's pigs made an argument on page 37 of a 45-page opposition brief that has movie theaters leaning in and screaming discrimination.

New Jersey has told the judge that movie theaters are "especially risky vectors for spread of COVID-19" because patrons are strangers to one another, because of the heavy use of air conditioning, and because there's no way that theaters can enforce the use of masks when the lights go down.
