A man driving a motorcycle died Wednesday morning in a collision with another vehicle, officials said.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Cesar Chavez and South Van Ness at 9:24 a.m., the San Francisco Police Department said in a statement.
At the scene, officers provided life-saving measures to the adult male motorcyclist but these failed and he died at the scene, SFPD said. The driver of the vehicle had non-life-threatening injuries.Anyone with information can call the police department's tip line at 575-4444 or send a text to TIP411 and begin the text message with"SFPD."
