Another portion of the bill would require kids who are struggling with reading to get extra instruction. According to the law, the state's attorney general and individuals can bring legal action against a website's operator if material “harmful to minors" is accessible to users under the age of 18.House Bill 1086: Alcohol SalesThe new law allows restaurants to sell alcoholic beverages at reduced prices for portions of the day.Happy Hour Returns to Indiana Under the new law, Happy Hour may not exceed four hours in one day and 15 hours per week.
Similar to an Amber Alert or Silver Alert, these alerts are aimed at locating and helping at-risk missing veterans.
