MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Complaints about Capital Food and Liquor on South Court Street prompted discussion at Tuesday’s Montgomery City Council meeting.

“One of the things that we’re hearing a lot is whether it be noise violations, public consumption of alcohol, parking lot parties,” said City Council member Andrew Szymanski. “And again, this is the Cloverland strip. This is a place that should be a vibrant area for commerce.”
