Janel Rodriguez founded the Forever15 Project after her son Noah died last year to fentanyl poisoning. Her efforts took hold in Hays CISD. She worked with the district for the state's first fentanyl poisoning awareness month, providing resources and presentations.
"We've been pretty booked all month, I call it our tour across Texas because we're literally going from one end to the other end," said Rodriguez.
