Set in a small town plagued by drug addiction, the movie follows the local sheriff as he takes on a dangerous case. Two men, a desperate family man named Shelby and his brother-in-law Trey, steal from a pill mill and kill a man.

This instantly puts a target on their back, with the sheriff being the least of their worries after garnering the attention of the New Orleans mafia. Their lives quickly spin out of control when the mafia threatens Shelby's wife and daughter if the pair don't do what they are told after stealing from them. Mob Land will debut in theaters on August 4.
