What Utah's congressional delegation had to say about House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's decision to begin an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden.
“There hasn’t been any allegation yet, any conduct which reaches the constitutional standard for impeachment,” Romney said, The Hill reported.
Romney: “Actual impeachment would require the evidence of a high crime or misdemeanor that has not been alleged. But inquiring is something the President and the White House could have avoided but they've been pretty quiet.”Sen. Mike Lee was more enthusiastic about moving forward with an impeachment investigation.
