San Antonio police said the teen went on a walk with a neighbor prior to being found dead.
A missing 17-year-old girl was found dead Wednesday in a ditch on the Northeast Side, San Antonio police said. Police said they found the teen around 2:30 a.m. in the 7600 block of Dell Oak Drive. Officers were initially called to the neighborhood for a report about a missing person. The girl went for a walk with a neighbor but was not with them when they returned.
San Antonio man found dead inside Tesla at supercharger station on Northwest Side Officers then found the teen lying naked in a drainage ditch under a bridge, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not been released. The neighbor she was with was detained by police for questioning, but it's unclear if they are expected to be charged. Police said the case is still under investigation.
