Although Mark Zuckerberg has dubbed it the 'year of efficiency' some employees claim that a bunch of people are 'getting paid to do nothing' according to a recent report.
The parent of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp is readying another round of job cuts afterto reign in costs, according to a report from the Financial Times.
"The year of efficiency is kicking off with a bunch of people getting paid to do nothing," one employee said, adding that "it's a mess."
