There will be a veterans’ memorial as well as a memorial for emergency personnel that will surround a 9/11 memorial dedicated to Michael “Rocks” Horrocks, a 1981 graduate of Hershey High School, who was a co-pilot on United Flight 175, which was hijacked and crashed into the second Twin Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001., who died in the line of duty in 2020.
