Alongside his owner Cindy, Ardi spends hours in the cancer infusion center, offering warmth and affection to those undergoing treatment.As part of the Intermountain Therapy Animals group, Ardi is part of a long tradition of therapy animals bringing smiles and relief in hospitals, schools, and even airports.
Cindy, who battled breast cancer herself, knows firsthand the importance of this bond, having experienced it with her first therapy dog. Ardi’s efforts have gained recognition, with heartfelt thanks from the community for all he does to support cancer patients on their journey. KUTV wanted to help support Ardi's mission, so we teamed up with Mountain America Credit Union to give Cindy and Ardi $500 so they can pay it forward.
