It’s unclear if CREAM Apothecaries will be able to meet that timeline. It provided the state a construction schedule that indicates construction won’t be finished until Dec. 28.CREAM Apothecaries described being held up by its one-time landlord, a company called CannDev, based in Sonoma County, California.
When the pharmacy board announced a second round of dispensary license awards, CannDev began looking for space that complied with Ohio law and rules. CannDev is no longer involved in the building where CREAM Apothecaries is setting up shop, Soares said.
