McLaren is commemorating its momentous victory in the 2024 Formula 1 Constructors' Championship with two exclusive special editions of its Artura and 750S supercars. Only nine examples of each edition will be produced worldwide, making them incredibly rare and highly coveted. The MCL38 Celebration Editions boast a distinctive color scheme and branding, along with signed sill covers and unique plaques commemorating the team's accomplishments.

While the 2025 F1 season isn't far away, McLaren is still reveling in its accomplishments from the previous year. This celebration is well-deserved, considering their Constructors' Championship win marked the first McLaren title in years, especially after a challenging period leading up to 2024. To commemorate this significant achievement, McLaren is releasing two special edition s of its MCL38 , named after last year's Grand Prix race car.

These limited-edition machines are based on the Artura and 750S models, with only nine examples of each edition being produced worldwide. This scarcity makes them incredibly rare, even by McLaren's standards of special editions. The number nine chosen to honor McLaren's nine Constructors' Championships won throughout its history. Each of the 18 MCL38s undergoes a meticulous overhaul by McLaren Special Operations (MSO). They sport the signature Papaya Orange and Anthracite color scheme, along with the distinctive chevron color transition, just like the F1 cars. Additional unique touches include a 'Nine Star' logo, which is a stylized '9' formed by stars, and a 'Champions' Laurel' emblem, ensuring that these MSO commissions are easily identifiable as Artura or 750S models. The interior of the Celebration Editions is where things get truly special. The Visual Carbon Fibre Extended Sill Cover is signed by both drivers, Piastri and Norris, adding a personal touch to these exclusive vehicles. Each car also features a dedication plaque inscribed with an actual piece of MCL38 carbon bodywork, a tangible reminder of their victory. Furthermore, another plaque located in the front boot meticulously documents the team's accomplishments last year, including wins, pole positions, and fastest laps achieved. McLaren Automotive CEO Michael Leiters expressed his enthusiasm for this commemorative project, stating: 'The achievements of Zak Brown, Andrea Stella, Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, and the entire McLaren Racing team in winning the Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship are beyond inspirational – and what better way to mark this than with an ultra-exclusive Celebration Edition of our award-winning Artura and 750S.' He further emphasized the exclusivity of these vehicles, stating: 'Just nine examples of the Artura and nine of the 750S MCL38 Celebration Edition cars will be produced, each proudly commemorating McLaren’s most recent championship victory as well as delivering the exhilarating and unbeatable driving experience inherent in our world-class supercars.' While the price for these limited-edition MCL38s hasn't been officially announced, it's highly anticipated that all 18 examples will be quickly allocated, if not already. The level of interest surrounding these cars is immense, especially given their rarity and connection to McLaren's recent triumph
