Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzales’ office did not immediately respond to a request for information on whether it plans to pursue charges. “At this time, the case is being reviewed by the DA’s office. Once an update is available, it will be provided to the public,” BCSO spokeswoman Adelina Simpson said in a statement.
