This marks the beginning of the game’s holiday event, though the actual Winterfest festivities won’t begin until Thursday. The block arrives along with a bunch of powdery snow and some festive decorations like candy canes and lights. Carey will be an NPC that players can interact with once she thaws.
You can find the singer thawing out between Brutal Boxcarts, Foxy Floodgate, and Seaport City. It’s unclear when the ice imprisoning Carey will thaw or what exactly she’ll do once she’s out, but it seems likely that it will happen either at the start of Winterfest 2024 or at least before Christmas. Carey will also be a new skin in the Item Shop at some point during the event along with her “All I Want For Christmas” emote
