ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive The Wild Robot clip focusing on the song 'Kiss the Sky' by Grammy winner Maren Morris.
. The video focuses on the song “Kiss the Sky” by Grammy winner Maren Morris, which plays a key part at the end. The animatedis now available to rent and own digitally and will be released on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray on December 3, 2024.
“Watching the end of the film with Roz, I was left with what could I say across the world to my son in a song?” explained Morris of her process in the video. “I think these songs and this film will stand the test of time and mean a lot to people on a deep, core level.
“The epic adventure follows the journey of a robot—ROZZUM unit 7134, ‘Roz’ for short — that is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and must learn to adapt to the harsh surroundings, gradually building relationships with the animals on the island and becoming the adoptive parent of an orphaned gosling,” reads the synopsis.
The Wild Robot is directed by acclaimed animated filmmaker Chris Sanders, who’s best known for his works on iconic movies such as Croods, How to Train Your Dragon, and Lilo & Stitch.
