Police say a 31-year-old man with a license to carry shot the suspect who was attempting to rob him in Frankford on Friday morning.
Police say the suspect, who is believed to be in his mid-30s, was shot in the chest and grazed in the leg by a 31-year-old man with a license to carry.
According to officials, the suspect then ran to Frankford and Wheatsheaf Lane, where police located him and took him to Temple University Hospital. Authorities say the victim who shot the suspect is cooperating with police during the investigation.
