A concerned person arrived at the police station 1:52 p.m. July 13 to report a man who urinated publicly outside the Yours Truly restaurant. Further investigation revealed the man had cognitive function issues. No charges were filed against him.Police arrived at JoJo’s Bar 9:34 p.m. July 13 for a report of a girl using a fraudulent driver’s license to attempt to purchase an alcoholic beverage. An officer contacted the Auroa, girl, 19, and confiscated the driver’s license.
