A 48-year-old man who took a car for a test drive on Saturday in Ocean County decided not to return the vehicle, instead driving to a casino in Atlantic City, where he was later arrested, authorities said. An employee at Barlow GMC car dealership in Stafford called police at 8:15 p.m Saturday, more than nine hours after Jason DeAngelo took the car for what should have been a short drive,Minutes later, DeAngelo refused to stop when Tuckerton police tried to pull over the vehicle on Route 539, police said. DeAngelo fled south on the Garden State Parkway, police said.
