PHOENIX — A man was rushed to the hospital Friday morning for burn injuries sustained in a fire near 12th and Van Buren streets.
The Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a fire at about 10 a.m. to find smoke emanating from the back of a residence. Firefighters managed to quickly extinguish the flames and began treating a man suffering from burn injuries.
